In 1999, Mr. Prahalad & Mr. Balaji both left their corporate jobs to pursue something independently in real-estate industry. Both with some experience and knowledge prior took the plunge initially with water-level controlling units. 

Over the course of period, the products & services expanded across various segments which led to turnkey interiors for residential properties along with contracting. The products & services across contracting business multiplied through years with clients across commercial, corporate, government institutions to marquee clients such as Anil Kumble, Vasundhara Das, PES University & more.

The firm has established a strong foothold in the industry and is well-known for providing best in class and customer centric offerings with realistic timelines and pricing transparency.

Mr. Prahalad's son, Shashank left his consultancy job in Deloitte and joined the business in June 2020. The goal is to further expand the business & offerings across various segments with tech enabled solutions.
